Get your reports by email on a schedule

If you run the same report every month for billing or record-keeping, you can now set it up once and have Page Vault email it to you automatically.

No more monthly report reminders
Many teams told us they log in on the first of every month to pull the same report and send it on to billing. Scheduled exports removes that step. The report arrives on your cadence, with the same data you'd get from a manual export.
How to try it
Go to Reports, run the report you want, and click Schedule exports
 next to Export. Your current report type and filters carry into the schedule. Choose a frequency and recipients, then click Schedule exports
.
Find all your scheduled exports on the new Scheduled
 tab.
Good to know
Available to everyone with access to Reports. Cost Recovery reports can be scheduled by anyone with Cost Recovery access.
Emails send at 14:00 UTC.
Every email includes an unsubscribe link for each recipient.
