If you've ever run a crawl and then needed to pick out just a handful of pages to capture, you know the drill: export the CSV, delete the rows you don't need, and re-upload the trimmed list into a new Batch job. It's the kind of extra step that pulls you out of Page Vault and into a spreadsheet.
Now that whole workflow happens from the crawl itself.
What's new
  • Select one URL, several, or all of them right from the crawl results
  • See at a glance which ones are already captured and which still need it
  • Capture your selections with a single click — no CSV export or re-upload required
  • Watch each row update in place, from "Capturing…" to a link to view the finished capture
Your first capture from a crawl asks you to choose a destination folder. Every additional capture from that same crawl saves there automatically — a crawl's captures can't be split across folders, though you can always move things afterward.
This has been requested before, and it's a natural way to keep your crawl-and-capture workflow inside the portal instead of splitting it across tools.
How to try it
Open any completed crawl-only job in your portal, select the URLs you want, and hit
Capture selected
(or
Capture now
on a single row).
