You can now update the Case/Matter ID on multiple snapshots and file captures at once. No more editing captures one by one.
What's new
- Select any combination of snapshots and file captures from the dashboard
- Open the Actions dropdown and choose Update Case/Matter ID
- Enter a Case/Matter ID to apply it across your whole selection, or leave the field blank to clear the existing ID
- Works on every capture type, including videos
- A confirmation displays when it's done
Cleanup that used to take hours, now takes seconds
If you've ever finished a batch capture and realized the Case/Matter ID was wrong or needed to reassign a folder of captures to a different matter you know how much clicking that took. This change closes that gap. Whether you're correcting a single mistake across hundreds of items or moving captures between matters, it's one action on a multi-select.
How to try it
Go to your dashboard, select the captures you want to update, click Actions, and choose Update Case/Matter ID. The dialog will show you how many items you've selected before you confirm.
